I entered a give away on the Christmas in July Blog Hop by Sew in Love (Benartex). Nikki of The Girl Who Quilts blog wrote a wonderful tutorial on placemats using the Frosty Forest fabric collection. I was the lucky winner for her part of the blog hop and boy am I ever delighted. I received these two wonderful patterns today in the mail. So I had to share them. I am looking forward to creating both of these patterns and some placemats for Christmas presents.
Today, I am free motion quilting a table runner I am creating for the Nancy Zeiman Table Runner contest she has going on her site. I am hoping to create at least one more, but I have projects coming in every direction this month. LOL. Do any of you start a few to many projects when you have specific deadlines? I would love to know how you handle the situation! Me, I just take it one day at a time. But most likely will work a bit on each project through out the day or at least week. Hee-Hee. I hope that you all have a wonderful creative day!
